Cancellation

We accept order cancellations any time before a product ships or is produced, with a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund; the buyer covers return shipping for non-quality issues. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we'll provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns or exchanges outside this 14-day window will not be accepted.

Return Process
